Jeff/Annie. Troy/Britta.
Chronicles of Narnia (& RPF)
Lucy/Tumnus. James/Georgie – yes, I know.
Dexter
Dexter/Rita – there is just something really adorable about them, how she is the only one he really lets in. Lundy/Deb – after everything she went through with Rudy, he was exactly what she needed. Totally cute..
Dawsons Creek
Dawson/Joey – I know a lot of people went off them, and I understand why, but I couldn’t get onboard with Pacey/Joey. D/J were always my OTP for this show. Pacey/Jen. Pacey/Andie.
Doctor Who/Torchwood
Nine/Rose – my first DW ship and my OTP for the show. Too adorable for words. Jack/Martha. Ten/Donna – I didn’t want to ship them. I liked that they were bringing someone in to be companion who was clearly not designed to have a romantic connotation. But damn if they weren’t so awesome I couldn’t help but ship them anyway. Jack/Gwen. Martha/Tom – yes, they only had like one episode, but they were perfect.
Glee
Will/Rachel – again, yes, I know. Puck/Rachel. Jesse/Rachel.
Gossip Girl
Dan/Blair – totally fine with the likelihood they aren’t going to be canon. Coz I’m scared canon with ruin this awesome fanon pairing. Nate/Jenny – I shipped them from their scenes in Seventeen Candles. This is why I am scared of canon ruining a perfectly good ship. I used to ship Dan/Serena in season one, but the whole on/off times ten thing kinda annoyed me.
Grey’s Anatomy
Denny/Izzie – how could you not love them? George/Izzie – cutest BFFs, loved it when they got together, still haven’t forgiven TPTB for how they treated this ship (and their characters). Alex/Ava. Burke/Cristina. Owen/Cristina.
Hairspray (& RPF)
Link/Tracey. Zac/Nikki.
Harry Potter
Harry/Ron/Hermione – come on, its practically canon :O). Remus/Hermione – yes, again, I know. I think you’ve probably noticed by now I have a thing for cross-gen. Harry/Hermione. Viktor/Hermione. Harry/Ron. I like Ron/Hermione okay in canon, but don’t really ship it much.
House
House/Cameron. That’s pretty much it. Don’t mind Wilson/Cameron. Can’t stand House/Cuddy (sorry).
Jane Austen
Mr Knightley/Emma – my OTP of the Austen world. I don’t know why. I think it’s the fact they have known each other forever and are great friends first. Edmund/Fanny. Lizzy/Darcy. Brandon/Marianne. Edward/Elinor.
Jane Eyre
Jane Eyre/Edward Rochester.
Law & Order:UK
James/Alesha.
Lost
Charlie/Claire – OTP of the show. Totally cute and adorable (I’ve suppressed the season two lull). Sayid/Shannon – kinda random but kinda perfect. Also have soft spots for Desmond/Penny, Sawyer/Juliet, Jin/Sun, Michael/Sun. Don’t get me started on the whole Jack/Kate/Sawyer mess.
Merlin
Arthur/Gwen - the cuteness at the end of S1 sealed the deal. Merlin/Arthur. Gwen/Morgana. Uther/Morgana.

Michael/Maria – OTP of the show and one of the first ships ever I went really insane for. Also have soft spots for: Kyle/Tess, Max/Maria, Kyle/Maria.
Skins
Sid/Cassie - my first ship on the show. I think they kinda screwed with it a bit too much, but I still like it. Chris/Jal - started shipping them from the Chris ep in season one - so happy when they became canon. But, the less we say about the finale the better. Tony/Sid. JJ/Emily.
Spring Awakening
Melchior/Wendla. Moritz/Ilse. Melchior/Moritz.
Sherlock
Sherlock/John.
Star Trek: Voyager
Tom/B’Elanna – OTP for the show and totally adorable. Also have a soft spot for Janeway/Chakotay.
Star/Trek XI
Kirk/Bones – again, it’s the BFF thing I think.
The OC
Ryan/Taylor – I liked Ryan/Marissa for about half a season but it got old real quick. Ryan/Taylor were so unexpected but it worked so well. Seth/Summer.
True Blood
Bill/Sookie. Sam/Tara.
Ugly Betty
Daniel/Betty. Started within the first half of season one and still love it. I won’t mind if it doesn’t happen on the show coz they have such an awesome relationship anyway. Also don’t mind Matt/Betty and Gio/Betty.
The X-Files
Mulder/Scully – nuff said.
