I woke up this morning and my first thought was 'WTF'.

It is not unheard of for me to have strange dreams - in fact most of my dreams are very weird - but last nights dream was especially strage. Despite how fandom and celeb crazy I can get I rarely dream about celebs or fandom characters. But last night, not only did I have a dream about a celeb (who shall remain nameless coz I am so embarrassed about it) but it ended in some weird sci-fi/aliens invading type thing.

So, I'm feeling weird and embarrassed. And, I can admit, a small part of my brain is wondering if I can convert my dream into a fic. LOL.

But please, flist, tell me I'm not alone. Have you ever dreamt about a celeb and woken up and thought WTF was that? You dont have to go into specifics if you dont want. I'd just like to know I'm not alone. :O)

You know what? I ALWAYS have embarassing dreams about celebs or fictional characters. Your not alone.

I'm not gonna say - its the person more than the dream itself that makes it embarrassing. I think I know why I dreamt of them but considering how little celebs enter into my dreams I found it very weird.

Rarely, but, uh, yep. I had a couple of really vivid dreams of BEING Clark Kent (Tom Welling) (yes I am female and straight) and having a fanfic-ish adventure with Lex. Mostly angsty. That was when I decided to dial back on that particular kind of crack...

Other than that, my dream meeting/sighting of random celebs happens rarely but is rather embarrassing when it does. Probably because nothing special happens! Argh. *sulks at uncooperative and random dream factory*

I love having dreams like that, they keep me amused for days, but I know what you mean, sometimes you just get a bit embarrased. This is kind of embarrasing, I suppose but I'll tell you anwyay. About a week ago I had a dream that I can best describe as BBC's Robin Hood meets Top Gear. Not only was I back in the middle ages at some fancy party, but my "lover", Richard Hammond, had just broken out of the prison which was underneath the castle. This may not have been so strange if I hadn't have been Richard's wife, I mean, his REAL wife, Mindy. So no, you're not alone. =P

Now who was yours about??? Lol.

You think? I'm still a bit weirded by it.

Oh, I forgot to mention the reason they were broken up was coz she cheated on him. I think I may have threatened bodily harm on her for that. LOL. Its weird, some of it is still really vivid but other bits are just vague memories.

Not to worry. I'm sure I will have forgotten all about it in a few days. :O)

Uh, yeah! DanRad and Rupert made an appearance, not sure if they were H&R or themselves now, it was ages ago. The whole dream was a WTF. :D

No, it's happened to me too. :) Basically, about 10 years ago I had a very strange dream involving the movie Armageddon, a boy in my class at school that I had quite the crush on, and Taylor Hanson (yes, that Taylor Hanson). I think it was a precursor to my sadistic tendencies making their appearance four years later, because said celebrity got blown up with Bruce Willis at the end. XD

And then of course, about four years ago I had the mother of all weird dreams - I dreamed about the aforementioned celbrity being cryonically frozen. XD

Yeah, thats pretty weird. It makes me feel a bit better than I'm not the only one having weird dreams. Yay for Bruce Willis making a cameo though. :O)

Chryogenically frozen celeb. Wow. Was that dream during winter or something??? LOL.

You're not alone there. =D I can't remember who it was, but there was definitely a celebrity in that dream I had about Lions who wear yellow coats, ride bicycles and fight fires.

That dream was sort of fantastic.

Oh hell yes, I have strange sci fi dreams *all the time*. Haven't had one too recently but they tend to be ones that I remember when I wake up.

I'm pretty sure I had a celeb/fan dream just last night, something about a birthday party. Maybe involving Survivor. Is that more embarrassing than whatever dream you had? I've forgotten now though.

I have weird dreams a lot, but I dont often have dreams with celebs, and I rarely have any scifi dreams, so this was very weird for me. LOL.

From what you've said, mine was more embarrassing. :O) If you cant remember it it cant have been too bad.
